OCV/OCR
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Optical Character Verification (OCV) technologies detect alphanumeric texts such as production date, batch, expiration and codes to finalize serialization, track-and-trace and authentication, thus meeting the traceability requirements.
OCR is used to recognize and digitize characters in images or documents, transforming them into editable and searchable text.
OCV not only recognizes characters, but also verifies that the text is correct by comparing it with a reference model to ensure compliance, for example in quality control processes.
