2D and 3D measuring
Measuring means calculating the distance between two or more points or the geometric position on an object in space.
Thanks to Vision Systems we can measure an object without contact.
From the photograph it is possible to derive quantitative information in pixels and then convert them into real measurements.

Vision systems
2D Vision Systems capture two-dimensional images, that is, they acquire information about width and height.
They are used to detect features such as contours, colours and patterns.
3D Vision Systems capture three-dimensional images, in addition to width and height, depth is also detected.
They are used for very precise measurements, shape analysis, and defect detection in complex objects.
