Artificial Vision

Artificial vision aims to develop methods that allow a machine to understand and process the information contained in one or more images.

Artificial vision allows automated systems to see components, products, models, code, or other objects and use this information to make high-speed, high-accuracy decisions.

Hardware

Each component of the vision system must be specifically chosen. The configurations are designed to be precise and meet the requirements of the job.

The main components are:

Built-in or in a separate PC

Captures the image and determines the system resolution in megapixels (MP).

Transmits light to the sensor. Determines focus. Available in Auto Focus or Manual Focus or Fixed.

Integrated or external, depending on the application needs.

Protects optics from dust, water, oil and other environmental factors.

Depending on the camera chosen, an I/O + power cable and an Ethernet cable are used for communication and programming.

La visione artificiale ha come obiettivo lo sviluppo di metodi che consentano a una macchina di comprendere ed elaborare l'informazione contenuta in una o più immagini.

La visione artificiale consente ai sistemi automatizzati di vedere componenti, prodotti, modelli, codici o altri oggetti e di utilizzare queste informazioni per prendere decisioni ad alta velocità ed elevata precisione.

Hardware

Ogni componente del sistema di visione deve essere scelto in modo specifico e deve poter interagire perfettamente. Le configurazioni sono studiate per essere precise e soddisfare i requisiti del lavoro.
