Each component of the vision system must be specifically chosen. The configurations are designed to be precise and meet the requirements of the job.
The main components are:
Built-in or in a separate PC
Captures the image and determines the system resolution in megapixels (MP).
Transmits light to the sensor. Determines focus. Available in Auto Focus or Manual Focus or Fixed.
Integrated or external, depending on the application needs.
Protects optics from dust, water, oil and other environmental factors.
Depending on the camera chosen, an I/O + power cable and an Ethernet cable are used for communication and programming.
