Ensures the conservation of bakery products
The addition of a specific quantity of pure alcohol, for food employment, is the key for the conservation of the products without the use of chemical preservative agents:
The system is able to deliver the right quantity of alcohol exactly on the products, which are sealed in the plastic packaging after few seconds. Once there, the alcohol sterilize the atmosphere, creating the right environment to avoid the formation of mould and preserving the characteristic of products.
It is used to deliver the right dose of alcohol on bakery products like bread, buns, sandwich, in order to guarantee the right and extended conservation.
The same system can be used on many formats of product on the same line. Thanks to the connection system and to the wheel, the dispenser, can be plugged into different lines of production.
RANGE OF USE
The dosing range must be calculated based on the application.
The following values can be taken approximately as reference:
– speed: until a 500 hit/minute.
– range of dosage: 0,1÷20 grams of alcohol per product.

AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION FOR CENTRALIZED PLANTS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF ALCOHOL:
In order to optimize the production and because of the legislation’s rule, many operator centralized their plat for alcohol distribution.
Our solution is able to offset and stabilize the variation of pressure that exist in the net of distribution of the alcohol plant. Thanks to that we can recreate the same operating functions of a “Stand Alone” system.
